Re-launch of Grand Café coffee to improve engagement with current and new customers.
Grand Café is a market leading ethical food service brand that sells credible coffee at its best and is the ideal brand for the ethically aware business. Grand Café promotes the social and economic benefits of certified coffee whilst providing a feel good factor and peace of mind to the customers who buy it. I was asked to visually re-think and revitalise the brand, creating designs that will not only communicate what great coffee Grand Café is, but also the good that it does. The design is developed with the brand values in mind, which is travelled, down to earth, friendly, knowledgeable and direct. Tone of voice was friendly, feel good factor and peace of mind.
